The best part about Ketogenic diet is that I still get to enjoy the food I love without having to worry about gaining weight. In fact, I get to lose weight while I continue to eat my favorite food. Of course, portion control and giving up the regular sides of carbs is required but that’s something I can live with.
Additionally, because I’m required to include a healthy dose of protein in my diet as well, meat is always welcome in Ketogenic diet. So, yippee, I fill my diet plan with beef dishes. It provides me a healthy dose of required protein and also satiate my soul!
