We know eating low carb is not easy, because we are so used to with carb you probably shout once in a while ” Where’s the bread?”. This craving is tough to get over with … but these low calorie, low carb tortillas are perfect for your next taco or fajita night. They are quick to whip up and taste like real tortillas! These low carb tortillas are of perfect texture and strength for burritos, soft tacos or enchiladas.

Although these tortillas use simple ingredients, getting the ratios to work together correctly does require adjustments sometimes. Without gluten to bind them together, paleo tortillas and low carb tortillas do require a little practice, but it’s well worth it.

The recipes are Keto approved, gluten free, paleo,  and vegan (unless specified), the net carb in these tortillas are around 2 gm per piece.

Keto tortillas are great when you’re busy and have little time, simply add a filling you like and wrap it up.

4) Low Carb Baked Cauliflower Tortillas (Gluten Free) from sugarfreemom

These amazing and tasty tortillas are made with cauliflower and no one would know. Baked in an oven, made from few ingredients which make them the easiest low carb tortillas.

This wrap requires no dough to make and roll out, uses coconut flour, almond flour and flax seed powder. They are mostly ready in 4 mins.
