Ingredients:

  • One banana
  • One orange
  • Two tablespoons of flaxseed oil
  • Two tablespoons of crashed almonds
  • Two fresh or dried figs
  • 1/3 cup water

Procedure – Put the ingredients in blender and mix them until you get smooth texture. Drink it fresh! This smoothies will provide you enough calories for he day and will keep you full for much longer. Note – Do not add Sugar, soak the dried figs for 30 minutes before making the smoothie

  • One cup raspberries
  • One banana
  • One apple
  • Half lemon

Procedure – Mix all the ingredients until you get smooth texture. Drink it fresh! Note: If you use organic apple, don’t peel them.

Ingredients:

  • Two kiwis
  • One banana
  • One orange
  • Half apple
  • One tablespoon hazelnut
  • One tablespoon flax seeds

Procedure – Blend all the ingredients until smooth mixture. Drink it fresh! These smooties  are low on calories yet keeps you full for longer period of time.
