  • One orange
  • Two tablespoons of flaxseed oil

  • Two fresh or dried figs
  • 1/3 cup water

Procedure – Put the ingredients in blender and mix them until you get smooth texture. Drink it fresh! This smoothies will provide you enough calories for he day and will keep you full for much longer. Note – Do not add Sugar, soak the dried figs for 30 minutes before making the smoothie

  • One apple
  • Half lemon

  • One orange
  • Half apple
