Best Weight Loss Supplements for Women

Do you find yourself trying to bulk up but its just not happening. For years I have been following the best possible work out routine, but yet to gain some substantial muscle mass.

Though I was lean, and my body fat percentage was well desirable but I never could bulk up my muscle groups.

This changed when I started to look in to supplementing my nutrient intake, though I made it a point not to take anything which is not natural or derived from natural sources only.

In the body building world,  drugs and various supplements are widely used, but what about the avergae person who just wants to get in the biggest and best condition of his life?

How can he or she accelerate their training program, get better results quick?

Lets delve into the many natural ways in which you can supplement your diet and workouts and none of them requires a doctor's supervision or a prescription to the pharmacy also being natural you will not see any side effects.

Most essential supplements for muscle growth and fat loss :

1. Creatine

Creatine Monohydrate is a hormone produced naturally in the body, creatine aids in assimilation of protien and rebuidling of muscle tissue.

Creatine is much popluar among body builders, and it is widely used.

An eight week study by Canadian research team found 20% increase in anabolic effects among the participants who supplemented with creatine and performed resistance training.

P.S. Creatine intake should be controlled to 3 gms a day, as too much of nothing is good.

2. L Glutamine

Muscle soreness is common when you are into a heavy workout routine, here is where Glutamine can help. Glutamine assits the muscle in recovery from strenuous exertion.

Supplementing L-Glutamine, will reduce the soreness that accompanies a hard workout and it will send you back to the gym much sooner.

Additional benefits of L-Glutamine are protien synthesis, immunity booster, and it also helps with intenstinal function.

The study by University of Dundee in Sctoland, shows Glutamine supplments might also help in stimulating glycogen in the body, resulting enhanced performance and better muscle growth.

3. Amino Acids

Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) helps to reduce fatigue and burn fat in glycogen-depleted participants.

To build more mass you will need to supplement protiens in one or the other way, but you might not know that Proteins are made of Amino Acids.

Amino Acids are the building blocks of life, When you ingest a protein, your body breaks it apart into the individual aminos, reorders them, refolds them and turns them into whatever is needed at the time. But some amino acids are incredibly unique in the way they’re used in your body, especially when it comes to fitness.

Of primary concern to athletes is a group of three amino acids, leucine, isoleucine, and valine, called Branched-chain Amino Acids (BCAAs). As their name suggests, these aminos have a specialized shaped that allows them to be used in ways that other amino acids could only dream about. What, exactly, makes BCAAs so important? If proteins are made of amino acids, why should you also take amino acid supplements, instead of just getting all your protein? (1)

Amino Acids benefits - Improved Muscle Growth, Inceased Endurance, Greater Fat Burn, Reduced Fatigue, Increased mental focus, Muscle Sparing, Improved Recovery, and Reduce msucle soreness

4. Protein bars and Powders

Protein bars and shake solves multitude of purpose during your training schedule, they are handy so you never miss your very crucial pre and post workout protien.

These workout nutrition bars are a mix of good source of Proteins, essential fats and carbs. Keep them with you to supress those hunger pangs between your meals.

No matter what is your goal (muscle gain, weight loss, just being healthy) protein is crucial to every diet.

5. Linoleic Acid - Omega 3

Omega 3 fattu Acids are the good fats which works in many ways to help you lose weight. Even though they are highly recomended, I am not going to put much emphasis on this one.

It is not entirely necessary to consume fish oil for your muscle building goals, but ofcourse they are helpful.

The main concern is the shady Fish Oil industry, and it is exceptioanlly difficult now a days to spot original fish oil as compared to fake ones. '

6. Multivitamins

Multivitamins are not only critical for muscle buidling, but more to a healthy body and healthy life.

Much focus is paid to our macro nutirents and in way we tend to lose sight of our micro nutrients i.e. vitmains, minerals etc.

Your body will only grow, if you can feed it ALL the nutrients it needs and not only loading it up with protein.

Those who workout are more susceptible to depleting levels of vitamin, and this will hamper your muscle goals badly.

In summary,

Natural supplements can boost your metabolism and help you build muscle while losing fat. This is good. Excessive supplementation may be counterproductive, however as your body will slough off the excess.

Anabolic steroids may cause a health hazard as well as being illegal in many forms. It is always best to consult with a doctor before embarking on any program of supplementation.
