This is useful tip mostly for you girls who are more vulnerable to scammy and tricky advertisements and false promises. The older you get the better you will be in avoiding scams like this but till now do the due diligence.

While many products in the market are scammy and overhyped, but there are really some great products too. You should try to find the plan which is best suited for you, not all plans work for everyone. I will try to recommend few of my best choices at the end.

Avoiding scams is easy, you need to get educated. Learn the science and math behind weight loss. Learn about the myths, learn how the food you consume affect your body.

2 - Understand HUNGER

This is very tricky, and many of us do not handle hunger well because all of us find pleasure in eating which soon leads to overeating.

Know that, if you are over weight then not all of your hormones and organs are functioning optimally which is obvious. So the hunger is most often due to the sugar fluctuation or dehydration or simply habitual triggers.

Stop feeding your hunger especially with suagr/junk, and instead wait on it.

It is highly possible that you are not hungry but dehydrated, body signals 'hunger' if it is dehydrated, many a times.

If you feel hungry at odd times-

  • Drink couple of glasses of water and give yourself 10 minutes, most of the time you will lose the hunger
  • Chew a sugar free gum, this will distract your brain and relieve your stress and might curb the hunger
  • Opt for zero calorie snacks, like munch few cucumber slices

3 - Drink Water lots and lots of it

This is probably the most simple yet most effective way to lose weight. Our body stores 3 grams of water for every 1 gram of carbohydrates that we consume.

So mostly you are carrying at least 5 - 8 lbs of water weight, if you drink atleast a gallon of water daily you will attain a state of super hydration where your body has no need to store water.

In addition, keeping yourself super hydrated will help you improve metabolism also help in smooth bowel movements.

Drinking enough water thorough out the day has many benefits, like better skin, strong immune system infact it is one thing you can never over do with.

So go girls, drink a gallon a day and let me know how good you feel just after a week.

4 - Sleep more

You wonder how sleeping more can help, well when I say more i do not mean you should sleep all day long but at least get the full quota thats advised for a human body i.e. 7-8 hours.

If you lack sleep then your body gets stressed, which in turn increases your stress hormones known as Cortisol.

Now, increased cortisol levels affects your insulin levels and that effects your body by gaining weight.

I can understand you have the parties to attend and studies to be completed, but still health is wealth try to figure out a schedule where your body gets enough sleep that it deserves.

5 - Cut down Carbs and Sugars

Excess carbs and sugar is the culprit you are over weight at the first place, in addition to that it causes bloating. Doing a carb detox is advisable as it will help your body hormones to get stable and you will get out of the Fat storing mode.

You will shed excess water weight, and help stabalize your insulin.

You will see, there are healthy carb alternatives which keeps you satiated for longer period and does not trigger weight gain.

6 - Say "no" to Bloating

You know the feeling. Sometimes, after you eat a heavy meal, you just feel like a whale. You don't want to move. Believe it or not, it could be related to the amount you chew your food.

You feel bloated because you are, and when you don't chew your food well enough, more of it winds up getting converted to fat. Make it as easier for your body to digest your food.

7 - Drink " Belly fat Burning Water"

You may already know that you should drink about 8 cups of water a day. This tip is even better, though. Simply add the following ingredients to a pitcher, then fill it with water, and drink one pitcher of this stuff a day:

  • 1 Teaspoon of ginger(grated)
  • 1 medium sized cucmber, sliced into thin slices
  • 1 lemon, sliced into thin slices
  • A dozen small mint leaves

8 - Eat more fresh fruit and vegetables

Not only will you get plenty of natural sugars when you eat fresh fruit, but you won't overload your body. The problem with eating sugar in other forms is that you get the sugar without the fiber.

That essentially overloads your body with more sugar than it needs, and since it can't do anything with the amount you're giving it all at once, it stores it as as fat, especially around your middle.

Fresh fruit is different though. Since it's high in fiber, your body has to work harder to digest it. That means instead of getting a massive dose of sugar, you're getting small amount, spaced out over several hours as your body digests it.

9 - Get up earlier in the morning

This trick doesn't take any time at all - in fact, it gives you MORE time.

A lot of people think that you have to spend tons of time doing exercise designed to focus on your gut if oyu want to burn fat. Watch the below video and you will know this is not the case.

If you love spicy food already then you will love this one. Simply add some spice to the meal and you're about to enjoy. Cayenne pepper, chilli peppers or chilli powder, turmeric, these all raise your body's metabolism, allowing you to burn more calories, more quickly, which increases the rate at which your body burns unwanted fat.
